Description
Overtime is looking for a new member of the Content team who loves YouTube and is proficient in Photoshop to help us make the best thumbnails in the world. You�ll work across our three main YouTube channels: Overtime, OTE, and Overtime SZN.What You�ll Do:
- Make thumbnails for shows, full length games and one-off videos across all of our YouTube pages
- Study what works and what doesn�t on YouTube and implement those learnings in your work
- Work with our data team so that we have the highest CTR (click through rate) possible
- A/B test thumbnails across our pages so we can keep getting better
- Think up unique video ideas that no one�s done before
- Watch lots of YouTube and stay up to date on what does/doesn�t work
- Work with our production team to make sure we�re getting all the images/assets we need form all our shoots
- Work with our content team to workshop ideas, give feedback and more
Who You Are:
- Obsessed with YouTube. You watch it every day, have favorite YouTubers, and consume tons of content
- Advanced at Photoshop, particularly around manipulating pictures and screenshots from videos
- You want to try new things...theres no idea too far out to try
- Comfy with numbers. We�re gonna be digging into performance, so if you�re scared of data�
- General understanding of what videos/thumbnails perform well on YouTube
- Ability to work in teams and on tight deadlines
- Open to taking feedback and cutting losses when we make a mistake

Overtime expects the base salary for this role to be approximately $68-75K annually, in addition to benefits, paid time off, and equity in the company.
